Job Overview

This role is crucial in helping the Murrumbidgee Local Health District effectively manage consumer feedback processes.

The Consumer Feedback Support Officer will be responsible for providing information and investigatory reports on consumer feedback systems, as well as project managing investigations and engaging with consumers and their carers to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing advisory services to the Manager Consumer Feedback and Engagement
  • Managing consumer feedback processes across the health district
