Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Strategist to join our team. As a User Experience Strategist, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, facilitation and analysis of user research activities.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience working with various disciplines to solve problems, identify opportunities for improvement and progress shared deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the shaping of actionable insights to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate findings and influence decision making.
  • Design and facilitate workshops with businesses and Government stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to bring together a variety of lenses (e.g. user experience and technical feasibility) to produce actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience working in agile environments.
  • Knowledge and experience in trade facilitation.
