We are seeking talented Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our rehabilitation team in Ohio.
As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will have the opportunity to deliver evidence-based therapy sessions focused on mobility, function, and safety.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and creating individualized care plans
- Delivering therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborating with nurses, therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated care
You will also have the opportunity to educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy exercises, goals, and safety.
Qualifications for this role include:
- A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- An active PT license in the State of Ohio
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
