Spa Receptionist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our Spa Reception Team as a Spa Receptionist. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Melbourne.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for ensuring a five-star service from start to finish. Your main focus will be on greeting all our Pool, Gym and Day Spa guests and providing exceptional customer service.

The role involves taking bookings for our Spa treatments and services, assisting with enquiries about our facilities, monitoring cleanliness and safety, liaising with therapists, and providing administration support.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous administration or reception experience within a similar environment. You must also be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for the beauty and health industry, and be competent in Microsoft Office suite.

Additionally, you must be flexible and available to work across a 7-day rotational roster, including weekends, shifts ranging from 5:30am to 10pm. You must also be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (including booster shots if eligible) or have a genuine medical exception.
