About This Role
Our Spa Therapist Grade 3 is an exceptional opportunity to deliver high-end spa treatments and provide a memorable experience for our guests. With your expertise in facial therapies, spa treatments, and relaxation massage, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform facial therapies, spa treatments, and relaxation massage with precision and care.
  • Assist guests with queries, maintain in-depth knowledge of all treatments and products, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Support reception duties by answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing payments, and booking members and guests for appointments.

Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess a Diploma in Beauty Therapy with a specific focus on providing spa treatments. Day Spa experience specialising in facial/body treatments, massage, and general beauty services is highly desirable.
