Key Fashion Production Specialist

Garment production quality is paramount in our organization. Our primary objective as a key fashion production specialist is to oversee the production process from initial design to final product, ensuring consistency and high-quality garments are delivered.

Responsibilities:

  • Fitting of Garments: Ensure accurate measurements, implement grading rules for consistent results, and maintain detailed records.
  • Seasonal Graded Spec Sheets: Create, send specs to factories, and liaise on details to ensure relevant grading rules are applied.
  • Block System: Implement and maintain a block system by creating blocks from approved styles, updating information, and including references for design teams.
  • Size Specs and Blocks: Input and maintain all seasonal size specs and blocks in software platforms.
  • Scheduling: Maintain schedules as required when styles have been checked and bulk specs issued.
  • Off-Shore Manufacturers: Liaise with manufacturers on all fitting issues, queries, and monitoring of PP samples submission vs bulk ex China dates.
  • Quality Assurance: Assess garments for quality, stitching, and fabrication; assess factories' capabilities during site visits; and resolve any quality issues.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Fashion and Design or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (5+ years).
  • American and Domestic Sport knowledge (desired).
  • Intermediate IT literacy.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator.
