We're seeking an experienced Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming fashion trends into commercially successful product ranges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trend forecasting: Utilize market research to identify and implement global trends and color palettes that drive sales.
  • Ranging: Collaborate with the merchandise team to create commercial, customer-focused product ranges that reflect our brand's aesthetic.
  • Product Development: Design desirable and affordable products that align with our brand strategy, leveraging expertise in materials and construction.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in fast-paced, large-volume retail environments or suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, and CAD software.
  • Advanced technical skills and knowledge of print types, limitations, and execution.
