About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Community Facilities Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operational management of bookings for our community and cultural facilities, and for providing day-to-day support to ensure high service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage bookings and scheduling for community and cultural facilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to community groups and organizations
  • Work collaboratively with a team to ensure high service delivery
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service and/or administrative systems in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High-level negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated experience in effective communications with a range of stakeholders
