We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team in the Victorian Public Service. The Records Supervisor position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional support and advice to key stakeholders.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide leadership, mentoring, training, and performance management to ensure the team is well supported and equipped to deliver high-quality services. This role also involves monitoring workload, understanding output and capacity, and ensuring all procedures and processes relevant to the team are compliant with legislative and organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design electronic tools to gain efficiencies in processes, providing more accurate data and reducing duplication.
  • Implement remedial actions following non-compliances.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prisoner records.
  • Develop and implement effective record-keeping systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Exceptional computer skills with knowledge of PIMS, E-Justice, Appointy, Outlook, and SharePoint in a custodial operational setting.
  • Experience in managing teams and leading projects.
