Job Description
  • Project Leadership: Provide leadership and direction for data center construction and fitout projects.
  • Client Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for all client-side matters, advocating for our needs and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Scope & Schedule Management: Develop and manage comprehensive project scope documents and detailed project schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could impact timelines.
  • Budget Control: Maintain strict budgets and track all project expenditures, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
  • Contract Administration: Oversee all construction and fitout contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC): Implement robust QA/QC programs to guarantee projects meet data center industry standards and best practices.
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and updates.
Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years' relevant experience in large-scale Greenfield / Brownfield projects in the Data Centre industry or similar highly serviced asset class.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.
  • Diploma with 10 years or greater trade experience, with > 5 years in a management position, Electrician, Building Controls, or related fields.
  • Delivers exciting team visions, inspires others, confronts challenges, trusts and respects others, promotes inclusivity, provides guidance, actively listens, and leads by example.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
