Key Responsibilities
- Skilfully handle commercial motor insurance claims, explaining the claims process, documentation requirements, and lodging the claims.
- Build lasting connections with clients and brokers, championing products and values they can trust.
- Deliver exceptional service tailored to diverse needs, making every interaction memorable.
- Action claims quickly and effectively, complying with company standards and SLA requirements.
- Guarantee compliance with industry regulations, legal mandates, and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous motor claims experience - 1 year minimum.
- You genuinely care about the customer experience.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Can-do-attitude and thirst for knowledge.
