Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide valuable support to our Account Managers in developing new business, managing existing client accounts, and helping our clients achieve their goals.

This role will act as an additional formal point of contact for clients, oversee the journey from client request to settlement, and initiate branch prudential management tasks.

  • Act as a liaison between clients, client advisors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient task completion.
  • Conduct thorough Compliance Due Diligence (CDD) risk analysis, Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF), Know Your Client (KYC) requirements, and other operational tasks to maintain regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare loan applications by gathering and verifying required documents, information, and credit checks.
  • Execute branch prudential management tasks, including monitoring loan arrears and accounts in excess, taking appropriate action from a commercial and prudential perspective, and fostering strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
