Senior Agribusiness Professional

Our team is seeking an experienced Senior Agribusiness Professional to play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining trusted working relationships with customers, providing personalized banking solutions to meet their complex lending needs.

This dynamic and high-impact position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our customers' businesses and communities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building deep customer understanding and delivering tailored solutions that drive business growth while aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within local markets to expand our thriving portfolio of agribusiness customers.
  • Developing and executing a robust call cycle to ensure high visibility among clients and partners across key regions.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to design and implement localized engagement plans that yield successful outcomes for customers, communities, and the organization.
  • Driving profitable growth by meeting sales targets, converting referrals, and achieving results that foster pride and satisfaction.
  • Mentoring and growing the skills of fellow Agribusiness Relationship Managers and Associates to support the success of our state team.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related discipline.
  • The ability to undertake travel and possess a current 'C' class driver's license.

Desirable qualities include demonstrated expertise in agribusiness or lending and credit risk principles, up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows, and markets, as well as financial analysis skills.
