Industrial Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Costa is a leading company in the mushroom growing industry, offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Electrician to join our team. This role involves working in a dynamic and supportive environment, servicing state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.
As an Industrial Electrical Maintenance Specialist at Costa, you will be responsible for undertaking maintenance, diagnosis, repair, and modification of industrial electrical equipment and other machinery. Your tasks will include:
- Assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical equipment using hand tools and power tools;
- Detecting and diagnosing malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools;
- Inspecting electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair;
- Conducting preventative maintenance programs and ensuring that all maintenance records are filed.
With a strong focus on OHS&E, you will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure compliance with codes and regulations throughout your day-to-day activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-first approach, and a positive attitude. You should have:
- A trade qualification or higher in electrical engineering;
- A current C-Class driver's license;
- A strong history of fault-finding and troubleshooting skills;
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits and allowances.
