Electrical Maintenance Specialist at Costa

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Electrician to join our team at Costa, a leading Mushroom growing facility. This is a unique chance to 'hit the ground running' as part of a small and supportive team.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Electrician to undertake maintenance, diagnosis, repair and modification of industrial electrical equipment and other industrial plant machinery. The successful candidate will be based at Monarto, minutes up the freeway, and will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsibilities- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair and to ensure compliance with codes.
- Conduct preventative maintenance programs and ensure that all maintenance records are filed.
- Comply with OHS&E policy & procedures throughout day to day activity.

- Trade qualification or higher
- Current C Class Drivers Licence
Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
