About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our team at our state-of-the-art mushroom growing facility in Monarto. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility, performing routine maintenance tasks, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including programmed maintenance and daily repairs to plant and machinery
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to maintain minimal downtime of facility production
  • Ensure compliance with OHS&E policy and procedures
Requirements
  • Trade qualification or higher in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated prior industrial maintenance experience
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence
