Job Summary

The Welfare Support Senior Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of activities supporting the wellbeing of workers and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals to ensure objectives are met in supporting worker wellbeing.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for budget planning and management.
  • Create and manage community-based programs for promoting care practices across Pacific Island countries and Timor-Leste.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define roles and responsibilities for key actors in welfare initiatives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and develop targeted support strategies.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in social work, human services or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in case management, including migrant settlement and family support programs.
  • Proven knowledge of case management frameworks and critical incident management.
  • Leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
