Job Description:

This is a dynamic leadership opportunity for an accomplished Care Services Director to spearhead the delivery of exceptional care and services to residents in a 100-bed Residential Aged Care facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving service excellence, and fostering a culture of respect within the facility. Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, resource allocation, and compliance management
  • Maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction through effective service coordination
  • Leading and supporting staff development and training initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and the community to promote a positive and supportive environment
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • AHPRA registration as a practicing healthcare professional
  • Strong clinical background and experience in aged care management or facility leadership roles
  • Excellent leadership, financial management, and communication skills to drive business outcomes and team performance
