Job Title: Senior Executive Services Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Services Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of executive services, including governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Provide expert advice to the Executive Leadership Team on divisional governance, operational performance, and risk.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure effective workflow and timely delivery of results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the Deputy Director-General, DSC, and other government agencies.
  • Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure corporate governance and compliance obligations are met.
  • Cordially oversee action on the implementation of recommendations arising from inquiries, audits, and reviews.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in executive services, governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
