Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering storage solutions to senior-level business stakeholders.

Our partnerships span 225,000 customers worldwide, preserving artifacts, extracting value from inventory, and protecting data privacy in innovative and socially responsible ways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide RIM expertise to enterprise accounts and meet individual sales quotas for Core Storage Services.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Executives, Managing Directors, and customer-facing roles to deliver Iron Mountain storage solutions.
  • Engage in strategic account planning, discovery, and qualifications, deal modeling and pricing, and customer-facing selling activities.
  • Partner with CORE Storage and Services teams in GTM messaging and planning.
  • Develop and execute strategies by understanding the customer's business model and value proposition.
  • Ensure opportunity profitability through negotiation processes and timely outcomes.
  • Work with CORE Product team, CPO, Legal, and market VPs/Directors to support opportunities.
  • Assess customer problems and position solutions to solve problems.
  • Lead RFP developments and proposals; demonstrate strong proposal-writing capability.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, demand generation, and field program execution.
  • Stay current on market trends and best practices in enterprise-level transformations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Meet or exceed multi-million dollar quota goals.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in large, complex organizations.
  • Translate customer needs into solution requirements with compelling value propositions.
  • Problem-solving and data-driven analysis to drive customer outcomes.
  • Influence and negotiate with proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills with understanding of strategic selling methodologies.
  • Customer-first and growth-focused mindset; strong interpersonal, planning, analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Make business decisions and think broadly about impact to the entire company.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across IRM teams and customer stakeholders.
