Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing support and guidance to our customers in selecting the best storage solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Conducting centre tours and walk-throughs to showcase our facilities
  • Maintaining centre presentation, cleanliness and achieving performance goals
  • Ensuring a safe and secure working environment
  • Performing general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory and insurance claims
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • A strong sales and customer service orientation
  • A passion for delivering exceptional results
  • Motivated, proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
  • Willingsness to learn and grow with the business
  • Driver's license and car (required)
  • Forklift license (desirable)
