About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Officer to join our team at Veolia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our drivers' run sheets, which involves data entry and processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Billing Manager in completing and inputting billing information.
  • Meet mid-month and end-of-month close deadlines by completing billing requirements.
  • Compile and distribute outstanding run sheet reports to Veolia branches.
  • Manage group queries and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Filing of electronic run sheets and supporting information.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and statements.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in a busy working environment.
  • Professional, proactive, and flexible attitude.
