The Opportunity

Veolia is seeking a skilled Billing Officer to play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our drivers' run sheets. This position involves data entry and requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Billing Manager in completing and inputting billing information.
  • Meet mid-month and end-of-month close deadlines for billing requirements.
  • Compile and distribute outstanding run sheet reports to Veolia branches.
  • Manage group email queries and maintain accurate records.
  • Filing of electronic run sheets and supporting information.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in a busy working environment.
  • Professional, proactive, and flexible attitude.
  • Excellent data entry, keyboard, and numeric skills.
  • Effective time management with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
