Position Summary
Support the SMSF division with all administration tasks and assistance with client matters. This role has a compliance focus and is instrumental in the smooth operations of the SMSF team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting with set up of new funds into database/s
- Maintaining fund database/s and assisting team with reporting to Partners
- SMSF ASIC queries, document preparation, lodgements and setups
- Prepare and assist with admin requests for the team
- Lodge ELD’s for the team
- Prepare information for job set up
- Download data for preparation of financial reports and taxation returns for SMSFs
- Assisting with reconciliation of SMSF transactions for compliance
- Assisting with preparation of Business Activity Statements for Team
- Preparation of electronic workpapers for audit and coordinating documents on return from auditor and client
- Liaising with the ATO and other government bodies regarding client matters
- Assist with WIP maintenance and preparation of draft bills
- General administration duties for the team, including scanning and filing documents, maintaining registers
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Essential
- Completion of Year 12
DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:
Essential
- 1 years in a similar role
- Experience of accounting software – ideally with Class Super
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Intermediate / Advance with Microsoft Office packages
