Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team.

This role involves providing training and support to Estate Agency teams, attracting new customers and business, and walking customers through the entire mortgage service, providing advice on products and services.

The ideal candidate will hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification, be able to generate new business in a target driven environment, and possess outstanding customer care and customer service experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support
  • Attract new customers and business, achieving professional goals within a result-driven environment
  • Walk customers through the entire mortgage service, providing advice on products and services
Key Requirements
  • Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
