  • Create a consistent brand look and feel, tone of voice, and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and sales goals
  • Develop SEO-optimised content: write/edit blog posts, website copy, product descriptions, email campaigns, social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Oversee organic social content and strategy focusing on Instagram and TikTok
  • Manage community engagement across all brand social media channels, including public comments, direct messages, brand mentions, and features
  • Utilise brand metric data to evaluate performance vs. targets, providing actionable insights

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field—or currently studying towards one
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in writing and editing content across various formats and channels (e.g., web, email, print), with a focus on clarity, consistency, and audience engagement
  • Skincare industry experience is beneficial
  • High proficiency in social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc
  • Experience creating social media content, including design, video, and copy
  • Experience producing photo and video content from start to finish, including shooting and editing, is preferred
  • Strong creative copywriting skills
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Capacity to collaborate and work individually in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills, prioritising multiple projects and tasks
