Job Title: Organic Social Media Content Creator

Where: Remote or Gold Coast. We are seeking an experienced Organic Social Media Content Creator to join our team and craft, manage and grow our clients' social media presence.

About the Role:

This is a key role within our business where you will be at the forefront of our content strategies, working closely with our Project Manager to bring our clients' brands to life and drive community growth and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage quarterly content calendars for clients' social media platforms.
  2. Curate and edit photos, videos, and other content to align with brand aesthetics.
  3. Manage content shoots with photographers, videographers, and clients.
  4. Create engaging visual content, including graphic carousels and video reels.
  5. Write compelling, on-brand captions for social media posts.
  6. Publish and schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
  7. Analyse social media metrics to optimise content strategies.
  8. Communicate regularly with clients for feedback and content approvals.
  9. Collaborate with the Project Manager and Graphic Designer on content strategy.
  10. Maintain high client satisfaction and retention through consistent results.
  11. Drive growth in other areas of social media and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an Organic Social Media Content Creator.
  2. Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
  3. Exceptional communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  5. Video editing experience to create reels (Adobe Premiere).
  6. A flair for creativity and attention to detail.
  7. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  8. A proactive and positive attitude.
