About the Role

MACA Interquip has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Process Engineer to join our team. We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality process engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, coordinate, and execute process engineering studies and investigations to support development opportunities and operating assets.
  2. Utilize computer-based process engineering tools, including process simulations, to drive project success.
  3. Contribute to the knowledge base of current and potential technology options relevant to process engineering activities.
  4. Supervise and guide the work of less experienced engineers to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
  5. Collaborate with the Project team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  1. Formal Engineering or Metallurgy qualification.
  2. Previous experience in the design, construction, and mineral operations industry, with a strong understanding of project development, commissioning, and operations.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  5. Experience working in a multi-discipline environment and a clear understanding of the roles of interfacing disciplines.
  6. Good understanding of Australian and International Design Codes and Engineering Standards, as well as Statutory Regulations and Approvals.
  7. Knowledge of WA Mines Legislation.
  8. Previous experience with developing and using mass and heat balance software.
  9. Intermediate skills using the Microsoft Office suite.
