We are seeking a highly skilled Process Solutions Engineer to join our team at Tetra Pak. As a key member of our pre-projects and projects team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing process solutions for small to large projects.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak, promoting our values and mission.
- Work within internal and external Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
- Develop and maintain a quality mindset, adhering to internal quality requirements and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Provide technical support to our sales organization during the pre-project stage, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Develop technical solutions, project budgets, and timelines, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and participate in technical discussions with customers, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Validate and review technical solutions for engineering parts, ensuring compliance with Tetra Pak standards.
- Provide support in issue resolution in projects, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- A university degree or diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Food Science Engineering.
- 3-5 years of process engineering experience in the food or beverage industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated technical skills, understanding of installation needs, and customer operations on site.
- Project management skills and the self-drive to work autonomously.
- A genuine interest in working on the different phases of project delivery, from design through to installation and commissioning.
- Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and result-driven.
- Possess an analytical mindset and proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a team with excellent communication and cooperation skills.
