We are looking for a skilled professional to assume the position of Solutions Consultant.
Job OverviewThis role is an evolution of the traditional Sales Engineering position, focusing on delivering strategic technical guidance to customers. It involves understanding customer environments, providing solution recommendations, and ensuring value realization in their investments with our technology.
The Solutions Consultant will play a pivotal role in defining technical solutions that address key business imperatives and ensure the successful implementation of our products.
- Exceeding sales targets by developing and implementing strategic account plans that leverage cross-platform solutions.
- Understanding customer business requirements and effectively positioning, demonstrating, and creating high-level designs across our portfolio, resulting in business value creation.
- Driving customer adoption of our platform by building strong relationships and helping them achieve increased productivity, operational efficiency, security efficacy, and flexibility to innovate.
- Conducting discovery to understand and articulate the key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of prospects and customers.
