Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, integrating ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential marketing efforts.
- Lead innovation and new product development from concept to launch and execution, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Partner closely with the sales team to deliver aligned trade and channel strategies, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Collaborate with external agencies, production, and design partners to create world-class brand assets, aligning with business objectives and brand vision.
- Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and campaign ROI, making data-driven decisions to optimize brand performance.
- Conduct regular brand performance reviews, market analysis, and insights-led planning, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven success in brand management or a similar field, preferably within FMCG, beverages, or alcohol industries.
- Experience leading integrated brand campaigns from concept to execution, with a track record of delivering results-driven outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to align brand strategy with business objectives, ensuring long-term growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and convey complex information effectively.
- A creative thinker who thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment, embracing innovation and change as opportunities for growth.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in marketing principles and practices.
- Passion for brand building and a genuine interest in the drinks industry, with a desire to make a meaningful impact.
