Job Title: Brand Management Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, integrating ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential marketing efforts.

  • Conduct regular brand performance reviews, market analysis, and insights-led planning, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven success in brand management or a similar field, preferably within FMCG, beverages, or alcohol industries.
  • Experience leading integrated brand campaigns from concept to execution, with a track record of delivering results-driven outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to align brand strategy with business objectives, ensuring long-term growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and convey complex information effectively.
  • A creative thinker who thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment, embracing innovation and change as opportunities for growth.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in marketing principles and practices.
  • Passion for brand building and a genuine interest in the drinks industry, with a desire to make a meaningful impact.
