
Retail Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a Retail Leader to join our team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online department.
As a Retail Leader, you will be accountable for ensuring that all aspects of the online department run smoothly, from selecting and packing orders in-store to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage costs, and roster staff effectively.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business and contribute to our goal of becoming the most trusted retailer in Australia.
Your Skills and Qualifications- Leadership experience with a proven track record of coaching and developing teams
- Ability to take a team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control, and rostering needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Familiarity with visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards
