Plant Supervisor Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Supervisor to oversee the safe, efficient and effective operation of our plant. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail and a commitment to collaborative teamwork.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure site compliance with safety, health, environmental and quality standards.
  • Coordinate all work on site, including contractor management, to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and site objectives.
  • Manage site costs, plan and supervise site maintenance activities.
  • Report on site compliance and production data.
  • Support reliability and improvement initiatives for the plant.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Trade or degree qualification in a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Instrumentation).
  • Prior experience in continuous process plant operations.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to collaborative teamwork.
  • Able to identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
