Medical reception positions are available in our practice on a part-time, casual basis.

We require applicants with previous experience in medical clinics, particularly those who have worked as medical administrators or customer service representatives.

The ideal candidate will possess one year of experience in medical administration and one year of experience in customer service. A valid work authorisation for Australia is also essential.

This role involves working 20-25 hours per week, with flexible shifts that can be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the medical team
  • Handling patient queries and concerns
  • Managing clinic schedules and appointments

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $25.00 per hour.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Experience:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
