Medical Receptionist Part Time Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to patients and supporting the smooth operation of our medical centre.

  • Front desk administration: managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls.
  • Patient welcome and liaison: greeting patients, collecting patient details, and providing information about services offered.

Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize are essential for this role. Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist would be advantageous but not necessary.
