We are seeking experienced cleaners to join our team at a prestigious university located in Robina, Gold Coast. We have multiple roles available in our growing team, including casual, part-time and full-time positions, with varying duties and responsibilities.

  • Night Shift Cleaner:
    • ">
    • Shifts will consist of working midnight – 7:00am. Clean and maintain the public amenities such as toilets, bathrooms, kitchen areas and classrooms.
    • General cleaning of university facilities accessed by students, teachers and visitors. Maintenance of cleaning records and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
    • Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers. Work autonomously with little supervision.

  • Public Area Attendant:
    • ">
    • Shifts will consist of Monday-Friday shifts from 6:00 AM-2:00 PM. Clean and maintain the public amenities such as toilets, bathrooms, kitchen areas and classrooms.
    • Work autonomously with little supervision. Maintenance of cleaning records and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
    • Competent operation of cleaning equipment and apparatus.

  • Housekeeping Attendant:
    • ">
    • Shifts will consist of working weekdays between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (but can vary). The role will be responsible for cleaning of student accommodation areas.
    • Carrying out standard housekeeping duties; cleaning bathrooms, toilets, vacuuming and mopping hallways and spot cleaning rooms (does not require changing bed sheets).
    • Maintenance of cleaning records and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ">
  • National Police clearance, within 12 months of issue (or willingness to get)
  • Experience in cleaning operations; domestic, commercial or hotel
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high level cleaning with an eye for detail
  • Self-motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job
  • Professional presentation and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management
