About the Role
">We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in Adelaide. As a member of our internal Allied Health Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and services to residents of our facilities.
">You will work under the guidance of Senior Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, assisting with the provision of professional care and support to our residents. This will involve forming good working relationships with the Allied Health and Living Well teams within our organisation.
">Your Key Responsibilities
">- Assist with providing physical and emotional support to residents
- Engage with older people and promote their independence and well-being
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to care planning
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Contribute to a safe and respectful environment
