About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our healthcare team.

About You
  • You are a committed and skilled Social Worker, dedicated to delivering trauma-informed care that supports diverse communities and promotes long-term wellbeing.
  • You hold a degree-level qualification in Social Work with eligibility for membership with the relevant regulatory agency.
  • You demonstrate strong skills in psychosocial assessment, care planning, trauma-informed interventions, and complex clinical decision-making.
  • You bring significant experience in healthcare settings, working with individuals impacted by trauma, chronic disease, and social disadvantage.
