To achieve this goal, we are seeking an experienced Roster Coordinator to streamline processes and workflow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating support hours in accordance with participant NDIS Plans. They will also ensure accurate staff ratios, consider participant feedback, and maintain up-to-date rosters.

This role requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

A relevant industry qualification and previous experience in a rostering or coordination role (at least 12 months) is required. Experience working with NDIS service providers is highly valued.

The salary range for this position is $33.00 per hour.
