The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Service Team in Melbourne, AU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to system breakdown calls and performing scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Commissioning chillers/HVAC equipment on customer sites to ensure seamless operation.
  • Conducting thorough system troubleshooting and fault finding to resolve technical issues.
  • Overhauling services varying reciprocating, screw, centrifugal etc., to maintain equipment efficiency.
  • Documenting relevant results of equipment and submitting reports accordingly to customers.
  • Managing customer relationships and providing guidance on system operations to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a technician within related products.
  • Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting within related fields of HVAC (Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning) or industrial cooling.
  • Ability to read schematics and write comprehensive reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
