Air Conditioning Technical Expert Wanted

This role involves working as a Technical Support Specialist covering Geelong and Melbourne's western suburbs with training on in-house products including Chillers and Building Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities- Routine troubleshooting to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Performing testing, repairs, and maintenance on air conditioning systems, chillers, and commercial equipment to meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identifying and resolving problems while maintaining professionalism and meeting deadlines.
- A high level of communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with HVAC systems and comprehensive knowledge of their components.
- Possession of Cert 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and Air-conditioning and refrigeration Supervisors licence.
- Current Australian driver's licence.
- The possibility of growing sales, increasing market share, and contributing to the company's net profitability.
