Enterprise Solution Strategist

Miro's implementation team plays a vital role in guiding customers through technical and configuration methodologies to meet their security, permissions, and scalability needs.

  • Lead customer discovery sessions to identify technical requirements during onboarding
  • Develop tailored solutions to drive quick time-to-value
  • Proactively identify opportunities for customers to interact with Miro to achieve their visual collaboration objectives

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs and developing strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure seamless onboarding experiences
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
