Strategic Technology Advisor

You will provide visionary leadership, anticipate industry trends, and collaborate closely with senior decision-makers to architect customized solutions that address complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with account managers to develop strategic partnership plans, understanding customer priorities and translating them into impactful opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships across the customer's full buying coalition, ensuring we are the trusted technology partner at every stage.
  • Act as the customer's advocate within our organization, mobilizing teams, clarifying vision, and ensuring urgency in delivering outcomes.
  • Lead solution development in collaboration with business development managers, pre-sales teams, and ecosystem partners.
  • Provide consultative advice on managed services, systems integration, and IT operations to enhance customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in the technology industry in a sales or solution architect role; people management experience is an advantage.
  • A solid understanding of IT solutions, managed services, and systems integration; knowledge of our portfolio and competitors is beneficial.
  • Confidence in engaging with C-level executives; able to simplify complex problems and inspire decision-making.
  • Consultative, collaborative, and solutions-driven; able to identify opportunities for innovation.
