About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced Trades Assistants, Labourers & Cable Haulers to join our dynamic team.

This is an initial casual employment arrangement with opportunities for permanent positions after a probationary period. This allows both parties to get to know each other and determine if we are a good fit.

We pride ourselves on creating a supportive working environment where everyone takes the time to understand and assist each other. Our team-based approach ensures that everyone works together to achieve common goals.

Opportunities for upskilling will be provided for those who demonstrate commitment and a willingness to learn more about the Telecommunications industry.

Day-to-day tasks will include physical activity, rod and rope operations, hauling cable, digging, using power tools, and interpreting plans and technical manuals.

To be successful in this role, you will need or be willing to obtain relevant certifications including a White Card, First Aid & CPR, Driver's Licence, and Police Check (Clean).
