Project Management Assistant

We are seeking an experienced project assistant to support our telecommunications team in delivering key projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ensuring that all necessary infrastructure is in place, including traffic management plans with relevant approvals.
  • Managing materials procurement and delivery to meet project timelines.
  • Validating design specifications and managing the bill of materials and quality control processes.
  • Maintaining accurate records of project progress, identifying delays and issues, and reporting these to stakeholders.
  • Preparing and managing weekly and monthly reports on project expenditure.

The Ideal Candidate

Applicants should have experience working within the telecommunications or construction industries, ideally with a degree or diploma in engineering. Knowledge of HFC, FTTC, or MIMA projects is highly desirable.
