Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Broad knowledge of Australian IR legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
