Luxury Client Experience Manager

This role is an exciting opportunity to create bespoke experiences for high-profile clients by delivering exceptional customer service and facilitating custom measurement services.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury style, clothing, and merchandising, with excellent communication skills at all levels. They will be responsible for welcoming and accommodating celebrity and high-profile clients, as well as assisting with managing the Shopify website and social media accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications- High-end retail experience with a keen eye for detail
- Presentation and good manners, with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotational rosters and weekends as needed
- Strong computer skills, preferably with MacOS and Excel
