Job Title: Logistics Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Care Specialist to proactively resolve customer complaints related to logistics, provide visibility on backorders, and manage customer returns across the Order To Payment journey.

This role requires effective utilization of systems to record actions taken and characteristics of orders identified as potential failures. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and good communication, organization, and analytical skills.

The Logistics Care Specialist will foster strong partnerships with materials management/transportation/warehouse teams and develop trust with field sales to enhance Account Manager productivity and reduce inbound calls from field. They will also handle emails promptly and professionally, contribute to the training of new team members, and support Account Managers on Logistics-related inquiries.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree preferred and solid knowledge of SAP systems is advantageous but not mandatory. You should also have functional knowledge of logistics processes and solid knowledge of related business processes (e.g., Product Portfolio Management).
