Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Coordinator with experience in scheduling to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and motivated individual who can provide exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing customer supplied products in accordance with our management system
- Coordination experience, including organizing mobile technicians and maintaining communication with customers
- Maintaining records on the database and ensuring high-level customer satisfaction and compliance
- Working in conjunction with our team to maximize customer satisfaction and compliance
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driver's license and willingness to travel (if required)
Benefits include:
- Competitive hourly rate: $33.00 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday
Required qualifications include:
- Customer Service Administrator: 1 year minimum experience
- Driver's License (preferred)
- Australia Work Authorization (required)
