Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Coordinator with experience in scheduling to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and motivated individual who can provide exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer supplied products in accordance with our management system
  • Coordination experience, including organizing mobile technicians and maintaining communication with customers
  • Maintaining records on the database and ensuring high-level customer satisfaction and compliance
  • Working in conjunction with our team to maximize customer satisfaction and compliance

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel (if required)

Benefits include:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $33.00 per hour
  • Weekly pay
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday

Required qualifications include:

  • Customer Service Administrator: 1 year minimum experience
  • Driver's License (preferred)
  • Australia Work Authorization (required)
