**Job Title:** Mental Health Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Care Specialist to join our team in Logan City Dc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing and experience working with patients who require comprehensive care. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and well-being.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care and support, including medication management, case management, and community outreach. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA without restrictions
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in mental health nursing, including case management
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in regional and remote settings
  • A valid driver's license
